A Recital is a way for the student to see the benefit of all the hard work they have done through the year. Receiving the acknowledgement of friends and family is a great motivator to do even more in everything they do. Learning an instrument, dance or script can be tedious to the performer, if there is NO PAYOFF. What is the payoff? The payoff can be as simple as a 20 second rousing applause by family, friends and yes, even strangers. The memory of that moment will last a lifetime.
From learning to play piano to developing their skills as dancers, Prodigy students have gone on to do amazing things. Our students have become engineers, doctors and even gone on to higher heights as performers. We attribute that to the skills honed at our recitals.
